Hon. Elizabeth believes that disability is not inability it is society’s responsibility to remove barriers and open doors. Having worked closely with community-based organizations and vulnerable groups throughout her career, she understands that people with disabilities often face systemic exclusion from education, employment, and healthcare.

Her vision is to create a county where inclusivity is not a slogan but a lived reality. She aims to strengthen social support systems, ensure public facilities are accessible, and expand opportunities for persons with disabilities to participate fully in civic and economic life.

Key Initiatives:

Accessibility & Infrastructure:Enforce building standards that make roads, schools, hospitals, and public offices accessible to all.

Inclusive Education: Equip schools with specialized learning resources and trained teachers to support learners with disabilities.

Economic Empowerment: Provide skills training, employment programs, and enterprise grants for people with disabilities.

Healthcare and Assistive Devices: Improve access to medical care, rehabilitation, and assistive technologies such as hearing aids and mobility aids.

Representation and Rights: Advocate for the inclusion of persons with disabilities in decision-making bodies and ensure enforcement of disability rights laws.

Elizabeth’s goal is to see every person, regardless of ability, participate meaningfully in society, contribute to the economy, and live with dignity and respect.
